Our menu is an expression of the love we have for the flavors of unique and distant places. We are guided by our dedication to sourcing the best ingredients available locally, regionally, and internationally. Some of our local food partners include Stone Hollow Farmstead, Hinkel's Bakery, and Snow's Bend Farms. Our south-of-the-border purveyors include Rancho Gordo, Seasons of My Heart, and Masienda. We use grass-fed beef, all-natural chicken, and sustainably-raised heritage pork in our dishes. We are committed to sustainable practices that protect the environment, such as recycling and going zero-waste in our kitchens.
